Tighter rules for nursing homes: Milford Center sees 12 deaths

Delaware is mandating that all long-term care facilities set aside both staff and special space to care for COVID-19 patients. The order comes as COVID-19 spreads through nursing homes like the Milford Center, in which 61 residents and 13 staff members have tested or are presumed positive.
