Assistive Technology Resource Centers
Assistive Technology is any item or piece of equipment that is used to increase, maintain, or improve the functional capabilities of a person with a disability.
There are three Assistive Technology Resource Centers (ATRC) in Delaware, one in each county. At any ATRC an experienced Assistive Technology (AT) specialist is available to discuss personal needs and options. Through their program, Delawareans can see demonstrations or various AT options or “test-drive” hundreds of AT devices.
