Anthony Kokoszka
Bio:
Anthony is the Senior Assistive Technology Manager for the Delaware Assistive Technology Initiative (DATI) at the CDS Milford Resource Center. His areas of practice include aging in place, daily living, and adaptations related to memory and cognition. In his role as an AT specialist, Anthony helps individuals, families and care teams identify tools and devices that can enable them to achieve their desired outcome.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology and applied physiology from University of Delaware and a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Salus University. Additionally, he has obtained credentials as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP). He has previous experience in home health throughout Sussex County, where he served older adult clients to facilitate maximal health, wellness, and quality of life.
Anthony, his wife Carly, and their dog Marley reside in Milton, Delaware. He enjoys cooking, spending time with family/friends, sports, and traveling.
