The 321foundation is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower all individuals with Down syndrome, their families, and friends through advocacy, education, and support.

Created in 2014 by nine families that have children with Down syndrome, the 321foundation seeks to provide the entire community with information and education to broaden awareness and foster positive attitudes regarding people with Down syndrome.

321foundation offers events throughout the year where families of children with Down syndrome can come together in support.
