Delaware Early Childhood Center (DECC)
The Delaware Early Childhood Center (DECC) provides a variety of programs and services for young children with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. The DECC houses early intervention programs, early head start, home-visiting programs as well an Early Learning Center. Services are provided both in centers and in the home.
