ASSIST serves as a single access point for: Long Term Care, Health Care Coverage, Food Supplement Program, Cash Assistance, Child Care Assistance, National School Lunch Program, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, Food Bank

Their website offers a self-screening questionnaire which can tell you which programs you and the members of your household may be eligible to receive.
