Transition, Education, and Employment Model (TEEM)
TEEM is a project based at the University of Delaware.
TEEM includes three programs serving young adults with disabilities:
- Pathways for Life gives young adults opportunities to develop skills needed to increase their independence and capacity to successfully transition into adulthood.
- Swank Employment Services helps develop job skills, vocational training, and employment opportunities for people with disabilities
- Career and Life Studies Certificate is a comprehensive, inclusive and customized postsecondary education programs for students with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
