Nicole Ferrara
Bio:
Nicole Ferrara is an implementation coach for the Delaware Network for Excellence in Autism. Nicole designs and implements workshops and trainings as well as designs and disseminates evidence-based resources that benefit individuals with autism, their families, and the professionals who serve them.
Before joining CDS, Nicole worked for the New York City Department of Education as a special education teacher for 10 years. Nicole graduated from Albright College with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She then went on to receive a master’s degree in Special Education from Hunter College. She completed a year of service in Philadelphia with the AmeriCorps program City Year. She also participated in the Teaching Fellows program in New York City and was an adjunct lecturer at Hunter College.
Nicole lives in Newark. She enjoys traveling, crafting, and swimming.
