Undergraduate Students
Peer Mentor Volunteers meet with Spectrum Scholars participants to support their adjustment to the social life of UD. Peer Mentors are a vital part of the comprehensive services offered by our program and are trained in weekly meetings using the <NASPA Certified Peer Educator Curriculum>
Peer Coaches are trained undergraduate students interested in taking their experience to the next level by becoming peer coaches, who assist students in the coaching process. Peer Coaches meet with a small number of students each week and are supervised directly by Spectrum Scholars staff. Additional training and professional development is required.
